It translates a hiring brief into a deterministic, auditable plan - then executes that plan across verified data sources to surface candidates with the right technical depth, the right seniority, and a measurable likelihood of accepting your offer.
The Problem
Why this matters
The economics of senior technical hiring are brutal. A hiring manager who sits through five misaligned interviews has spent the equivalent of a week of senior engineering time - and the role is still open. Your hiring brief is parsed into a structured plan: required technical skills, seniority signals, target employer profiles, geography, and budget. The plan is validated against a deterministic ruleset before any sourcing begins - no guesswork, no surprises.
Discover
ProxyOS fans out across verified data sources to identify candidate populations: GitHub contribution graphs, patent inventor records, peer-reviewed publications, regulatory filings, and current employment data. Each candidate is anchored to a stable verified identity with a confidence score on every data join.
Enrich & Score
For each candidate, the engine pulls a full profile and applies a scoring matrix calibrated to your role: technical depth, seniority match, employer trajectory signals, and intent-to-move indicators. Candidates with low data confidence are automatically de-weighted.
Recruiter Hand-off
The shortlist arrives with a transparent reasoning trail - every candidate carries the signals that put them on the list and the gaps that didn't. From that point, our recruiters take over: qualification call, relationship, submission, close.
